Colorado Direct Feeder Cattle Weighted Averages
Receipts: 2617 Last Week: 1570 Last Year: 3965
Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers mostly steady. Trading
activity was slow to moderate. Demand moderate at best. The supply was made
up of 55 percent feeder steers, balance feeder heifers. About 57 percent of
this weeks feeder supply weighed over 600 lbs. Unless otherwise stated
prices are FOB with a 2-3 percent shrink or equivalent and with a 5-10 cent
slide on calves and 3-6 cent slide on yearlings from base weight.

Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 830-900 lbs 95.15-98.65 Del.
